Welcome to our annual NEO Regional Power Lifting Meet. Thanks to the dedication of people like you, our young people have a means of developing their body and mind in scholastic competition.

Teaching our youth how to push their limits, mastering safe techniques in fitness and creating an atmosphere of a competative spirit yet an emphasis on good sportsmanship is the focal point of today's event.
